KoboldKare is a farming simulator, but instead of making produce you're making naked Kobolds! It's an FPS where there is bhopping, surfing, trimping, and also sex.
KoboldKare is a DRM-free game made for Windows, Mac, and Linux computers with the following features:
- A Quake/CS:S movement inspired movement system. Bunnyhopping, trimping, surfing.
- A basic chemical system that lets you mix reagents and feed them to Kobolds for a variety of effects.
- Random stats and proportions, find the Kobold that's just right for you.
- Play with an extremely detailed sex penetration system, which includes deformations, knot forces, and strands...
- Working multiplayer! Manage a farm with your friends, or have sex with 8-16 other players online!
Please note: This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

If your computer is using integrated graphics, you may have to run the game in opengl mode:
To force Windows to run the game using OpenGL:
Simply right-click drag KoboldKare.exe->"Create shortcut here". Then add "-force-glcore" to the end of the Target in the shortcut's properties.
To force Mac/Linux to run the game using OpenGL:
Run the game with the extra parameter "-force-glcore" within your favorite terminal emulator.

steam and itch is same? or have different ?
The steam version has mod support and has had more recent updates compared to the itch version

Feature requests:
Show new users connecting in chat ("George has just joined!")
Have a password to "regain host status".. if a host disconnects, and wishes to reconnect and still be host, they can enter a password to "regain host status"
Very fun with lots of potential! Please support the dev. I really wanna see where this game goes. And even in its current state, it has a lot for you to do.
Steam version needs to be updated

Can someone help me out with multiplayer, as soon as I press quick play and match up with another player, the game crashes.
I'm just wondering, do have any plans for major updates to this game, I understand if you don't wanna update this game near future since you did release new game

DirectX installed, 3D acceleration in display settings on, vulkan-icd-loader & lib32-vulkan-icd-loader already installed, so it looks like the game is simply poorly optimized for any other device than the one it was tested on, (which is common on itch io). I hope that in the next update the performance of the game will be improved, (all liquids and their contact with surfaces will lag the most)
it's funny how all steam and non-steam games run on the highest settings on my device, and this inconspicuous game is hell for all 3 devices I tested it on

is the steam key region locked? Because germany has problems with that kinda stuff i guess
i have no problems getting a steam key to work in germany.
As far as i know buying from the german steam store is blocked but buying in general is not illegal
Is this were we put suggestions? Can we add some type of naming system? For the Kobolds? Also, an identifier for the animation locations would be nice. Or at least an upgrade?
game save are broken update> I think I got a work around working It requires you to load a save bit less shit then move close to where you last saved and load it note> This works for me but I can't guarantee that It will always works>

ok so i tried loading a saved game and some reason its not loading it up and always up in the sky looking at the farm. idk if its a glitch but every saved data is the same way.
Guys Im having a proplem. I cant download mods because +18 content on steam is unavailable in germany so I cant join any multiplayer lobbys. Im grateful for any kind of help

Is anyone else having a issue where when you try to load a game you get suck floating in the air above the farm and can't do anything at all, and have to open task manager to close the application? Cause I've been having this problem and I'm not sure what to do about it. Otherwise still a fun game so far.
Edit: Yeah game seems very unstable from my recent attempts at playing. I managed to actually load a save for once and then the game crashed on me out of the blue. Hope whatever is causing this can get fixed soon, otherwise I'm not sure I can play anytime soon.

I really was a bit reserved to pay for this game, when I just play offline but now I am really happy I got it. Put serveral hours in it, allways starting a new game. This game just just made for me.
Hope it gets updates here too and nut just only on steam.
i didnt know what i was getting into but i liked it a lot. it needs more suffering to be more of a game. if it turned night time and my money dropped below zero resulting a game over i'd be happy. even more so if there was a casino with outlandishly expensive things to buy.
my only issues were with consecutive multiplayer sessions causing invisible items that reappear after collision and the shower instantly making making a watermelon fill the whole bathroom.
Fun fact: Once upon a time there was a night time mechanic that deleted all items and killed any kobold not inside of a building. It was removed because it got in the way of the fun of breeding kobolds. Not a part of the dev team or anything, just played this game when there was a night time and remember that it was removed.

Я тоже приобрела его в Стиме ради tasque manager что была в картинках в жанре Nswf через ссылку наткнулась на Стим воркшоп а из него в эту игру, ноут у меня устаревший с 2018 года и поэтому все там феолетовое. Кому интересно это Леново Интел кор и5. Благодаря модом Стима можно настроить своего кобольта в Лилит...но не в Tasquemanager что крайне меня печалит. Возможно ли как-то преобразовать возможность настроить своего кобольта как tasquemanager, best Darling, Darling kseno, Morder drones, Fap fnaf и подобные. Конечно хотелось бы чтобы эта игра была доступна и в андройд версии, с возможностью добавить свой аватар. Также как люди это делают в virtual droid 2. Спасибо вам. И дальнейших обновлений скорых
I bought it on steam after i figured out in cheats I could essentially make myself male all the time but I am a transman when I first went into the game and in multiplayer the charcater is female the dysphoria was unimaginable there has to be a male or female option for starting multiplayer and I spent ages customizing my Kobold in singleplayer many people alsp want to bring their own character in there is no function i can see so far for doing this therefore multiplayer is useless. I love the rest of the game btw.. Its actually why it took me so long to get this game I thought it was female only.
If you had actually taken a minute to check the options instead of complain, you would have seen you can customize your character in there, under the "Kobold" option. This applies in both single and multiplayer.
I knew that silly! Obviously, I am talking about my initial dysphoria reaction in first person in the game looking down and seeing a woman's Kobold chest this option should be the main option on the title screen. What I am saying is nobody should have to have dysphoria by being by default forced into a female character player in a game before going online to find the option you casually mention. I bought the Steam version and in Steam there is a bug in multiplayer where the Kobold option is on the setting screen where there is a blank box instead of the Kobold option and with the peen option on it does not change the character it still remains female so plz mind your own business I am a big fan of this game and I hope to be a future modder so the only reason I am posting is because I love this game.

hey dev you should make a animations system where you can start recording then have it play or loop the animation so for example the larger kobolds can have sex without being buggy and without needing to do it activly ^_^
Why play borked $15 dollar game when you can play a mod of the game’s source code for free B)
cause that mod doesnt work with steam workshop which has a lot to it now. plus little to no updates. plus no support =/= no updates
It's funny that you mention that because Nael has said he's done with this game. 15$ for a dead game is silly I think, plus there's still a way to get the mods without the steam workshop. If I knew he's gonna abandon the game right after workshop support I'd never have bought it lmao
Check out the KoboldKare Discord. They're still around, helping and even working with modders too, it's pretty rad. It is not a dead game and even if they left, modders still exist which means it's still going.
what would this mod be called?
Update seems to have borked the game. No longer reads mods,lets you access any settings, mod your bold or even start as the main map is not there.
Where can i find the steam key ?

It does not make it free to use. It does not make it legal to send the game arround...
Also because this is a niche game and does not have a ton of people who bought it or would buy it, everyone counts i guess
The game's main menu literally explicitly encourages you to send it to your friends.... that's why I say it's drm free. Boot it up and check for yourself.
The game says its a DRM free game. "please be safe sharing, koboldkare does not need a crack to play!" Does not say please share. Its more like: If you need to get it without buying it, dont crack it and get a virus. does not need to be cracked.

I am having problems with saving. Anyone else does? Is there a limit to how many times you can save in a play through? I only have one save right now and I can't make any new ones.

game is still getting updates, although its been a while since the last one. It should be the same version as steam. not sure why dev isnt adding patch notes
Even the steam version has been dead since april. There have been no progress posts on the discord since steam workshop support came out either. Only a post about naels other project. He said that he still plans on updating it and he's working on stuff but there's nothing to show for it yet
is there a way to make your kobold male?
As you progress through the game you unlock a machine that allows you to swap with one of your kobolds. There is also somewhere in the options that allow you to customize your default kobold, dick or not is one of the option
