I'm having issues with the game loading my save. If I save while in a building it works, but saving outside of a building it just stays stuck in the sky with everything reset? Windows version, if that helps.
Their still updateing the steam version i geus they forgot about the itch one becuase the most recent update for steam was jan 7 2025 games good an has plenty of great mods to enjoy on the steam workshop as well
I still update itch!! I forget to copy my patch notes over though, oops. I've updated my build system to show the commit hash so you can compare it to Steam!
They forgot about the game. The developer is releasing some updates to his other games while it's just gathering dust on the sidelines. The game had a huge potential and opportunity, but they decided to just forget about it and not touch it, unfortunately this is a big omission.

Doors respawn after loading a save. Game stops saving after a certain amount of time. Casino is clearly useless. Entire areas with empty spots and unused assets.

When I bought the game, it was Early Access. It was clearly not finish. Now, without ANY update, it was silently removed from Early Access. And by update I don't count patches to fix bugs. The last patch was in march 2024 and since the game was removed from Early Access and we have not had any news.
How would I go about adding assets to the game? I've never dabbled with making mods before and most guides I have read are not helpful. Basically "reverse engineer it, forehead" mentality. Where do I even begin.
Happened on the page again looking for games like this again. would really love to see the other systems fleshed out that were originally planned, or at the very least some flex spots for different sizes (It's kinda awkward when you've got some big ones). It's good, but still feels more like a tech demo than a game.
Dev has been doing other projects. Maybe someday they'll get back to it, but I think they lost interest after getting their penetration system sorted and pivoted to ChurnVector. Game is a bit different from the original vision anyway, so that might've played into it a bit. Just from what I've read and seen, don't really know 100%.
Damn shame. I was looking at this on Steam and went to check if there was an Itch page, and here I am. Real damn shame that the dev can't be arsed to finish what they started because this looked like it would've been great. Churn Vector seems fun too, but now I fear it'll share the same fate as other projects. I can't justify buying a game I can't expect to ever reach a satisfactory state.

One of the first things that happened was the egg didint spawn out of the mailbox when i first started the game and i had to restart now im on weird science, and i can't figure what what it means by device
Don't know if you're still stuck, but I also had to spend a while figuring it out. The device is a swap machine that spawns on some crystal cliffs near the farm. Just look to the right when you leave your house and you'll see a waterfall its over there.
An actual update would be great. It just feels like this game was abandoned and is now just drip fed modder resources just to say that the game is still alive.
Why is this not getting any updates? This happens alot with porn games tho so no idea if I should be surprised. I did spend 15€ tho so getting content shouldn't be too much to ask for
Feature requests: Show new users connecting in chat ("George has just joined!") Have a password to "regain host status".. if a host disconnects, and wishes to reconnect and still be host, they can enter a password to "regain host status"
Very fun with lots of potential! Please support the dev. I really wanna see where this game goes. And even in its current state, it has a lot for you to do.

game works normal but lags, when i try your advice (Simply right-click drag KoboldKare.exe->"Create shortcut here". Then add "-force-glcore" to the end of the Target in the shortcut's properties.)

DirectX installed, 3D acceleration in display settings on, vulkan-icd-loader & lib32-vulkan-icd-loader already installed, so it looks like the game is simply poorly optimized for any other device than the one it was tested on, (which is common on itch io). I hope that in the next update the performance of the game will be improved, (all liquids and their contact with surfaces will lag the most)
it's funny how all steam and non-steam games run on the highest settings on my device, and this inconspicuous game is hell for all 3 devices I tested it on
Is this were we put suggestions? Can we add some type of naming system? For the Kobolds? Also, an identifier for the animation locations would be nice. Or at least an upgrade?
game save are broken update> I think I got a work around working It requires you to load a save bit less shit then move close to where you last saved and load it note> This works for me but I can't guarantee that It will always works>

is the steam key region locked? Because germany has problems with that kinda stuff i guess
i have no problems getting a steam key to work in germany.
As far as i know buying from the german steam store is blocked but buying in general is not illegal
